Today is a very exciting day, thank you for sharing it with me. I’d like to introduce you to my new company Tobo Toys, and our debut toy, Tobo Track.
I value creativity, problem solving and play in everyday life, and as an industrial designer I am always looking for ways I can make a difference. I object to the use of low-quality materials and processes to create products these days, a phenomenon especially evident with children’s toys where everything is made of non-biodegradable plastics and created with a throw-away mentality. To contend with this issue, I started Tobo Toys. My goal is to create safe, high quality toys that help children learn and are made in an environmentally responsible way.
Tobo Toys is founded upon three core principles:
